What it is
Background
Buratsuta funds Blue Lock TV in exchange for choosing the last three players on Japan’s U-20 squad, the final spots PIFA’s 26-man limit allows. Buratsuta’s own candidates have to pass an evaluation he sets and hand him control of their professional careers. Those conditions are built to prove Ego’s methods wrong and put Buratsuta in charge of Blue Lock instead.
Sae Itoshi holds the third seat directly, without those conditions, after Japan landed a hard group in the World Cup draw. Sae himself will not join until Japan gets through the group stage, since the opponent he wants is Spain. The other two seats go to whoever wins Side-B.
